Pricing and Payments

Cancellation and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. HVAC Atascadero reserves the right to cancel service due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible equipment, or unforeseen technical complications that prevent code-compliant work.
Warranties and Guarantees
HVAC Atascadero provides warranties on labor as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures we will address any workmanship concerns promptly. Warranty claims must be made in writing, and coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Atascadero's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including property damage unrelated to our work or business interruptions due to HVAC system failures.
